Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will own the marketing strategy, keep it current and see it through to execution. You will execute the footwork needed to move leads into and through the customer journey, thus assisting our sales team with winning new clients, and enabling our client success and product teams to continuously delight and engage our clients and users.

Your time and focus will be broken down as such:

  • 60% Lead gen/nurturing
  • 15% Sales enablement and field marketing
  • 10% Relationship marketing
  • 10% Brand marketing
  • 5% Administrative tasks (budgeting, metrics reporting)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead Demand Generation Programs. Lead the development, execution and optimization of multi-channel – inbound and outbound – demand generation programs. Partner with the sales team to convert sales-ready qualified leads.
  • Market planning and strategy. Work with sales and product team to develop market analyses, segmentation and strategies.
  • Product Marketing. Work with the product team to develop product marketing positioning and content. Support sales team with product marketing support
  • Drive Content strategy and website marketing. Recommend and drive content strategies, including white papers, case studies, use case write-ups, customer success stories, webinars, website content, product videos, and product data sheets.
  • Lead all SEM efforts including SEO and PPC. Plan and deploy SEM programs to achieve growth targets including campaign ad development, landing page optimization testing and analyses.
  • Further refine our KPIs and dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly monitoring on progress relative to ROI, revenue attribution and campaign investments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven experience designing and executing effective Enterprise and B2B software marketing programs.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound marketing, both online and offline, programs including account-based marketing programs.
  • Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience using Salesforce & other demand generation tools
  • Proficiency and expertise with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent people and management skills
