Call Center Appeasement - A Great Setting for e-incentives

It was great to hear recently from one of our call center clients. Now I am always happy to hear feedback from our clients on how virtual gift cards are working, what new enhancements or additional products they’d like to see. But this time, the call center’s VP of Marketing was calling specifically to share a great success story. Virtual Incentives has worked with the client to develop an instant reward process. The solution enables the call center to introduce it as a solution for its many diverse clients. The call center is currently using Virtual Incentives products with four different clients: two incentives to assist in closing telesales, an instant appeasement and a survey reward. The result: conversions are rising significantly, call center employees feel empowered and able to satisfy clients…instantly.
