VI recently attended and exhibited at CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations) 2015 in Miami, FL, a conference that attracts senior executives from companies throughout the business intelligence space. CASRO promotes the discussion of industry issues and exploration of new opportunities. We feel strongly about this space and the impact that VI solutions have on response rates and overall satisfaction in the market research industry. While attending CASRO 2015, the VI team had the opportunity to discuss VI’s incentive solutions with many market research industry leaders. Primarily, most were interested in how the right incentive, coupled with modern delivery methods, can positively impact their market research practice. In addition, educational portions of the conference provided many insights into the challenges and opportunities the industry is facing as a whole. We heard from people who are on-the-ground every day in the research world and leaders who spoke to current trends and the future of market research. VI provides market researchers an effective and efficient incentive solution that creates, strengthens and maintains respondent engagement. The result is a more complete data picture and a respondent pool that is pleased with their reward and more inclined to participate in future research initiatives. While attending CASRO 2015, it became even more clear to the VI team that incentives providing real-time delivery, choice and security do and will continue to have a positive effect on response rates, data quality and respondent engagement.
