As a Client Success Group Admin, you’ll join the Vi Client Success Team and will be integral in helping them deliver an unparalleled premium customer experience in an environment that’s highly client-focused and fast-paced. A successful Client Success Group Admin operates efficiently in this climate, maintains composure, exhibits professionalism, and delivers the highest levels of support to the team at all times. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the needs of our Client Success team as a whole.
  • Provide support in various projects and client-focused tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling internal team and client meetings.
  • Help track client inquiries in our CRM, Salesforce.
