Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll join the Vi Client Success Team and will contribute to our business growth by delivering an unparalleled premium customer experience in an environment that’s highly client-focused and fast-paced. A successful Client Success Manager operates efficiently in this climate, maintains composure, exhibits professionalism, and delivers the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support client onboarding.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the client’s business needs.
  • Work with clients to make sure they can extract the most value from the Vi rewards platform.
  • Help with engaging customer support teams via escalation as needed.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of client management experience
