Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll join the Vi Client Success Team and will contribute to our business growth by delivering an unparalleled premium customer experience in an environment that’s highly client-focused and fast-paced. A successful Client Success Manager operates efficiently in this climate, maintains composure, exhibits professionalism, and delivers the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support client onboarding.
- Have an excellent understanding of the client’s business needs.
- Work with clients to make sure they can extract the most value from the Vi rewards platform.
- Help with engaging customer support teams via escalation as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of client management experience
