VP of Client Success

As VP of Client Success, you will lead our partner-driven Client Success team, act as a leader in managing our client relationships, capture new market opportunities within our account base and reinforce our culture of excellence focused on innovation and client engagement.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to support the continued growth of Vi’s client relationships.
- Lead the team to exceed quarterly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Attend meetings with Vi’s Enterprise Clients, making sure to keep a pulse on the market.
- Build talent by hiring, coaching and mentoring a team of experienced Directors of Strategic Accounts and Client Success Managers.

Requirements:
- 5-10 years of team leadership in SaSS or enterprise organizations.
- Experience leading software or technology sales, account management and enterprise-level sales experience are required to be successful in this role.
- Strong discovery, prospecting, objection handling and closing skills.
- Experience articulating ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CRM system experience; Salesforce preferred.
