With deep expertise in rewards, payments, gift cards, and large-scale digital transformation, he has led global supply chains, managed worldwide supplier networks, and built SaaS platforms powering loyalty, incentive, and employee engagement programs. His background includes eight years in enterprise account management and a decade in sales and business development—experience that fuels his passion for customers, problem-solving, and building scalable operational processes. Fluent in three languages and energized by change, Julien embodies a global mindset shaped by travels to more than 70 countries.
