Richard Gonzalez is our Vice President of Operations at Virtual Incentives. At Virtual Incentives Richard ensures the business complies with industry rules and regulations. He excels in maintaining regulatory knowledge, identifying potential risk and maintaining document management for the company.

Richard has 20 years of corporate experience owning priority business accounts, directing cross-functional teams and successfully managing high volumes of business projects. Prior to Virtual Incentives, he worked at Crius Energy, LLC for 6+ years as the Vice President of Sales, specifically for Strategic Partnerships. Subsequent to that, Richard was a Technical Client Manager at Eastman Kodak where he had the opportunity to provide creative solutions for corporate initiatives.
