Due to a faster changing marketplace, utility companies are constantly seeking ways to be more competitive and engage their customer base – something digital rewards do best! Therefore, we were excited to share our virtual incentive solutions with attendees of The Energy Marketing Conference for Retailers last week in Houston, Texas. As the exclusive incentives and rewards company in attendance, Virtual Incentives’ representatives were busy answering questions and presenting solutions to attending Retail Energy Providers as well as exhibitors. Those we spoke with wanted to learn how developing a comprehensive rewards strategy can attract customers, affect their behavior and gain a leg up on the competition.
