Virtual Incentives Appoints Industry Veteran Frank Kelly to Lead the Insights Industry Practice

New York, NY – In recognition of the continued, rapid business growth experienced within the Insights Industry, Virtual Incentives proudly announces the appointment of Frank Kelly to oversee the company’s industry activities.  It is widely recognized that the Insights Industry is in the midst of a concerted effort to make the research experience more engaging and enjoyable for participants, and incentives are a key part of that. Frank’s strategic vision and industry expertise are poised to elevate the company’s, and industry’s, incentive and engagement strategies, as well as provide consultative guidance to Virtual Incentives’ clients in the industry.

Frank joins Virtual Incentives after 30-plus years of leadership positions related to research panels located in both North America and Europe. Most recently, Frank spent 5 years at Ipsos where he led their Panel Products and Platforms Team.  Frank has also held leadership positions at Kantar Profiles and Nielsen in general management, operations, panel management and marketing.

Virtual Incentives is the leading company in the management and processing of incentivesfor the insights industry.  Incentive management has historically been a labor-intensive process for sample providers and research firms which has resulted in slow redemptions, limited incentive offers, and low respondent engagement.  Virtual Incentives has modernized this process via an automated incentive platform that affords instant access to a wide variety of incentive offers on a global scale.

According to Kelly, “I feel lucky to have joined a high-growth company that is addressing a key pain point for the industry by providing compelling digital incentive offers with instant redemptions in a globally scaled platform.  I plan to engage with the Insights Industry and with research participants to create a playbook for effective incentive strategy.  Engaged research participants are necessary for quality research, and incentives are a key component of that engagement strategy.”

Virtual Incentives is excited about the prospect of strengthening industry partnerships, enhancing client relationships, and driving forward-thinking solutions under Frank Kelly’s leadership. As the Insights Industry continues to evolve, Virtual Incentives remains committed to setting new standards and delivering unparalleled value to its clients.
